New Delhi: Veteran two-wheeler manufacturer Hero Hero Motorcorp has given a new option to the customers going to buy a scooter by launching a new scooter in its market. This scooter of Hero will compete with the best selling scooters in the country, Honda Activa and TVS Jupiter.
Design and Features
Hero has introduced its Zoom scooter in a sharp and modern look, with an all-LED headlamp and X-shaped LED DRL with Bluetooth connectivity and a fully digital instrument cluster. Apart from this, 12-inch alloy wheels have also been given in it. Its digital display can be used by connecting this scooter to a smartphone. The top-end ZS variant also gets cornering bending lights. The cornering lights will turn on automatically when you take a turn while riding. Its front look apron angular and turn indicators have also been given on the handle. The taillight of the scooter has been given an X design. Front disc brake has been given in its top variant.

Engine & Power
Talking about the engine and power of the new scooter Hero Zoom, it has been introduced with 110.9 cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine CVT. Which generates peak torque of 8.04 bhp and 8.7 Nm.
Price
Hero Zoom starts at Rs 68,599 and its top variant costs Rs 76,699 (ex-showroom).

Other options
The 110 cc segment accounts for about 60% of the total sales in the domestic two-wheeler market. On which Honda Activa is currently present as the strongest contender. Recently Honda has also launched the Activa 6G Smart-H scooter. The starting price of which is Rs 73,359 ex-showroom. At the same time, the second best selling scooter is Jupiter of TVS. Whose initial ex-showroom price is Rs 69,990.
