New Delhi: Hero MotoCorp Price Increase: Hero MotoCorp will deal a big blow to its customers. The company is going to increase the prices of its two-wheelers from December 1, 2022. The company will expand its range of motorcycles and scooters up to Rs 1,500. However, increased prices will vary from model to model.

Last chance to save

If you buy Hero two-wheelers on November 30, you won’t have to pay the increased prices.

Prices were expensive before Navratri

Earlier, India’s largest two-wheeler company shocked its customers this year. Hero MotoCorp has increased the price of its motorcycles just ahead of Navratri. The company then increased its range of motorcycles by Rs 1,000. The increased prices came into effect on September 22.

Prices were increased in the months of January and April

Hero had hiked the prices of its motorcycles in April this year and earlier in January. In both cases, the company has increased the prices of its motorcycles by Rs.2000-2000.

Why are the prices expensive?

Hero MotoCorp Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Niranjan Gupta said, “The need to increase the prices of our motorcycles and scooters has become imperative in view of the overall cost inflation.”

“We will continue to provide innovative financial solutions to minimize the impact on customers. We have also initiated accelerated savings programs to help offset additional cost impacts and improve margins. Going forward, economic indicators are favorable for increased demand and we expect industry volumes to increase in the coming quarters.”
