New Delhi: Ferrari 296 GTS: Ferrari has launched its new sports car Ferrari 296 GTS in India on Monday. The company has given the option of both convertible and non-convertible versions. This car accelerates from 0 to 100 kmph in just 2.9 seconds.

The Ferrari 296 GTS is powered by a bigger 2.992 cc engine. The top speed of the car is 330 kilometers per hour. According to the information, the price of this cool car has been kept at Rs 6.24 crore ex-showroom. It was presented to the media at Andaz Hotel in Aerocity on Friday.
Engine
The Ferrari 296 GTS is a hybrid car. The company has given 7.45 kWh battery in it. Presenting the sports car in India, Ferrari Marketing Head, New Delhi Sanyam Tyagi said, “We are delighted to present our new car. The car is powered by a V6 turbocharged engine of 3 liters capacity.
Performance
With the amazing powertrain, the car generates power of 610 kW at 8000 rpm and torque of 740 Nm at 6250 rpm. According to the company, this is its rear-wheel drive plug-in (PHEV) hybrid open-top car. It integrates the ICE engine with a rear-mounted electric motor, giving it high performance.
Speed
The car has an 8-speed F1 Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) gearbox. It is a compact car. In electric mode, this car gives a driving range of up to 25 km. The car has 49 liters of space in the rear bench. It has only two seats. The car gets a fuel tank of 65 liters. The car will get features like High Performance Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD) and Anti Lock Braking System (ABS).
