The work of installing EV charging stations at 500 petrol pumps of HPCL in India will begin in the next few times.
EV charging stations to be set up in 12 states
According to the agreement between Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited and Static, a company that installs EV charging stations, Static will work to install charging stations for charging electric vehicles at 500 petrol pumps of HPCL located in 12 states.

Charging stations to be installed in these states
According to the agreement between Hindustan and Static, the company will install EV charging stations at 500 petrol pumps of HPCL in Assam, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Kerala, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Odisha, West Bengal and Tamil Nadu. Will do the work of These charging stations will be with different power.
In which there will be about 400 3.3 kW / charging stations and about 100 7.7 kW / charging stations. All types of electric vehicles can be charged at these charging stations.

Static has already installed EV charging station
Static, a company that installs EV charging stations, has worked in India even before this agreement and has installed about 200 charging stations. Which are in Kanpur, Lucknow, Agra, Gorakhpur, Meerut, Dehradun and Banaras. According to the agreement, the company will work to create infrastructure for charging electric vehicles at petrol pumps.
