The patent images of the new Citroen C5 air cross has been leaked online ahead of its unveil later this year. The concept of the C5 was unveiled earlier this year at the Paris motor show.
As per the new images it has become apparent that the new vehicle would have new air intake along with a redesigned bumper in the front. Beyond that the vehicle would have redesigned ORVM’S that are larger than that of the older models.

Beyond these changes the doors have been crafted keeping the drag coefficient in mind and hence they have been given an air vent accents. The tail lamp design is quite different from that of the previous models. The tail lamps continue till the D pillar, but unlike the concept the flush door handles have been replaced by the conventional door handles.
STLA Platform
The car would be constructed on the STLA Platform, the platform is the same as that of the Jeep Compass, along with midsize Stellantis models. While the cars that were showcased earlier were 5 seaters, No shots of the interior have been leaked, so we don’t know whether the new car would have a third row of seats or not.
No, formal details have been released about the powertrains that might be offered with the new car. Its possible that Citroen might offer ICE, Plug in Hybrid and Bev Models.
The Car would be launched and brought to sales in Europe later this year. It remains to be seen whether the new model be launched in India or not.
