BMW X3: After a worthwhile wait, BMW recently unveiled 2 latest models of diesel cars known as X3 xDrive20d xLine (price starting at Rs 67.50 lakh) and X3 xDrive20d M Sport (price starting at Rs 69.90 lakhs). These models are manufactured indigenously. Willing customers can now purchase the mid-size SUV across BMW dealerships in the country.
Vikram Pawah who is president of the Indian wing of the BMW Group spoke in an interview and lauded the latest X3 models as a pioneering success in the premium mid-size SAV segment. These models are capable of delivering incredible performance and efficiency on uneven topography.
The interiors are impeccable and reinvented. The BMW X3 comes ready to serve one with an unprecedented experience. The X3 packs in unlimited action wherever the person goes, Vikram Pawah said.
BMW X3 colour options
The vehicles are available in four colour shades namely Mineral White, Phytonic Blue, Brooklyn Grey and Black Sapphire. Apart from this, the feature-loaded BMW X3 features Sensatec Perforated Upholstery as standard with the following combinations – Canberra Beige, Black, and Cognac.
BMW X3: Premium Model
The top model of the same SUV is a powerful one. It has a 2-litre, 4-cylinder diesel engine. The engine consumes 190 horsepower. It works at a torque of 400 NM with 1,750 – 2,500 rpm.
With the engine and an 8-speed automatic transmission, BMW claims the new X3 can accelerate from 0 to 100 Kph in 7.9 seconds and can attain a top speed of 213 km/hr. Driving modes for the X3 diesel are Comfort, Eco Pro, and Sport.
More features donning the top model include a sport-steering wheel that has multiple functions, and seat adjustment that has a memory function. It is electrical in nature. Driver and front co-rider would definitely get a sporty yet royal feel of sitting in a top-notch SUV.
M Sport has features like a beautiful interior again that includes Sports seats that are pierced and padded. The steering wheel is leather covered with buttons on it. These buttons have different functions. Last but not least, the roof is a glass one which allows a panoramic view.
