New Delhi: Due to the increase in the demand for SUV vehicles in India, the sales of sedan cars have come down significantly. However, there are still many customers who feel a sense of luxury in a sedan car. The special thing is that you can buy a good sedan car even in a low budget. Today we are telling you about the cheapest sedan in the country. The special thing is that it also comes in CNG option along with petrol.

Price less than 6 lakhs

The car we are talking about is the Tata Tigor. Talking about the price, its base model is available for less than 6 lakhs (ex-showroom). While the price of the top variant reaches around Rs 9 lakh. It competes with vehicles like Maruti Suzuki Dzire, Hyundai Aura and Honda Amaze.

Engine and power

The Tata Tigor gets a 1.2-litre three-cylinder petrol engine. It generates power of 86PS and torque of 113Nm. The engine is mated to a 5-speed manual and a 5-speed AMT. The company also offers the option of CNG kit in its XZ and XZ+ variants, with which the engine produces 73PS and 95Nm output.

Features of Tata Tigor

Talking about the features, it gets features like a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay and a digital instrument cluster. Apart from this, auto headlights, rain-sensing wipers, push-button start/stop, keyless entry, auto AC are also available. In terms of safety, the car includes dual front airbags, ABS with EBD and rear parking sensors.
