BYD on Tuesday officially launched its eMax7 Electric MPV, which is essentially a facelifted version of its current all-electric MPV, the e6, available in India. BYD eMax7 Electric MPV: Prices, Features, Design, And More
BYD eMax7 is launched with a starting price of Rs 26.90 Lakh (ex-showroom) in India. eMax7 Electric MPV will be offered in 6 and 7 seater options. eMax7 will be offered in two models in India, premium and the superior model.
eMax7 is packed with LED headlamps with day time running DRLs, and an angular design. The car also gets LED tail-lamps and LED reading lights inside.
eMax7 gets electrically adjustable seats with ventilated seats for driver and front passenger. The three-spoke multifunction steering wheel of the car adds to the charm. Features also include features include automatic air conditioning, panoramic glass roofs, 6 speakers music system with Apple car play and Android auto.
eMax7 safety features include 6 airbags, ESC, hill descent control, vehicle dynamic control system, tire pressure monitoring system, parking sensors, 360-degree camera, tyre pressure monitoring system and ADAS features.
Powertrain
eMax7 gets a 120 kW and a 150 kW motor. The two electric motors produce 310 Nm of maximum torque. The car offers a range of 530 km and a maximum speed of 180 kmph.
Dimensions And Performance
BYD eMax7 is 4,710 mm long, 1,810 mm wide, and 1,690 mm tall. The car has a wheelbase of 2,800 mm. eMax7 accelerates from 0 to 100 kmph in just 8.6 seconds.
