BMW X6 50 Jahre M Edition: Highlighting the exterior
Compared to the standard X6 SUV, which is available in multiple color options, the 50 Jahre M Edition is only available in Black Sapphire Metallic and M Carbon Black Metallic. BMW equipped the X6 50 Jahre M Edition with a high-gloss black illuminated kidney grille, 20-inch alloy wheels in orbit gray with high-gloss red M Sport brake calipers and an M Sport exhaust system.
Like previous special editions, the X6 50 Jahre M Edition also features additional M badges (front, rear and on the hubcaps) inspired by early BMW Motorsport racing cars. The BMW logo also has unique design elements, sporty half-circles in blue, purple and red.
BMW also offers two optional exterior packages for the limited edition model. The first of these, the Racer package, includes black side decals and a rear spoiler, while the Motorsports package offers carbon fiber mirrors and an Alcantara-trimmed key fob.
BMW X6 Jahre M Edition: Interior, powertrain details
The interior layout of the X6 50 Jahre M Edition remains largely similar to the standard car, featuring power sports seats with leather upholstery with red stitching and a leather-wrapped steering wheel. BMW also equipped the special edition X6 with heated and cooled cup holders, wireless charging, ambient lighting and an automatic tailgate.
Its other highlights include a 12.3-inch digital driver display and infotainment system, a Harman Kardon sound system and wireless Apple CarPlay.
