Yamaha has showcased its new Iteration of the Ray Hybrid at the Bharat Mobility Expo. Being a Hybrid version the scooter has been getting a lot of attention. But compared to the TVS Jupiter CNG which one would be the best possible choice for commuting to and for with in the city limits.

The Hybrid scooter has become one of the most widely acknowledged scooter due to the HYBRID technology that has been instilled in it. The 125 cc scooter has a onboard SMG to charge the battery and produce a power output of 8.2 ps along with a peak torque of 10.3 NM for quicker acceleration. The scooter has been priced at 85,830 Rs, and is readily available all across the market. The Hybrid Air cooled engine is the main standout feature of the scooter. The scooter hence has a Hybrid power assist as well as a automatic start stop system that allows the vehicle to shut down the scooter and start up voluntarily. This would help the scooter save up on fuel and provide a superior mileage. The Scooter allegedly gives out a mileage of about 68.75 km per liter.

While there has already been a CNG powered bike the CNG Jupiter would be a new addition to the two wheeler market in India. The Jupiter CNG would be visually identical to the 125 cc version from the appearance. But underneath the scooter is powered by CNG.

The Bike would have a 125 cc engine churning out 9.4 nm of torque and around 8 horse power. Along with smart features such as LED headlamps, Bluetooth connectivity as well as other functionalities as well. The scooter would be brought to sale for the customers this year.
