Yamaha has showcased its new Iteration of the Ray Hybrid at the Bharat Mobility Expo. Being a Hybrid version the scooter has been getting a lot of attention. But compared to the TVS Jupiter CNG which one would be the best possible choice for commuting to and for with in the city limits.

The Hybrid scooter has become one of the most widely acknowledged scooter due to the HYBRID technology that has been instilled in it. The 125 cc scooter has a onboard SMG to charge the battery and produce a power output of 8.2 ps along with a peak torque of 10.3 NM for quicker acceleration. The scooter has been priced at 85,830 Rs, and is readily available all across the market. The Hybrid Air cooled engine is the main standout feature of the scooter. TVS Jupiter CNG The scooter can run on both CNG and petrol. The CNG Jupiter would have 1.4 kg CNG tank with a small 2 litre petrol tank as well. As per TVS the scooter would reach a range of 226 km with a mileage of 84 km/kg. The scooter has a led headlight USB charger as well as a stand cut off.
The Bike would have a 125 cc engine churning out 9.4 nm of torque and around 8 horse power. Along with smart features such as LED headlamps, Bluetooth connectivity as well as other functionalities as well. The scooter would be brought to sale for the customers this year. So if mileage is your primary concern the Jupiter should be your choice and you should wait for it. But if you need a scooter right now the Ray Z could be the best possible choice.
