New Delhi: The country’s leading carmaker Maruti Suzuki has launched its recently launched Alto K10 in the S-CNG version. This car has been launched in VXI variant. The price of this car is ₹ 5,94,500 (ex-showroom). The new Alto K10’s S-CNG version is powered by a K-Series 1.0L Dual Jet, Dual VVT engine, which produces 41.7kW of max power at 5300RPM and 82.1Nm of peak torque at 3400RPM in CNG mode. Is. A 5-speed manual gearbox has been given in this car. The car returns a mileage of 33.85 km/kg on CNG.

Maruti Suzuki India Limited Senior Executive Officer Shashank Srivastava said on the occasion of the launch of Maruti Alto K10 CNG that Maruti has retailed more than 10 lakh cars. The new Alto K10 CNG will go a long way in reducing pollution.

How are the features?

The car also gets AUX and USB ports, central locking, roof antenna, front power windows, 2-DIN SmartPlay audio system with Bluetooth connectivity, speed-sensing auto door locks, body-coloured door handles, manually adjustable wing mirrors, similar to the petrol variant. Features like 2 speakers and impact sensing door unlock have been given.

How much is the price?

The 2022 Maruti Alto K10 comes in four manual and two AMT variants namely Std, LXi, VXi and VXi+. The price of these variants is Rs. 3.99 lakh for Std, Rs. 4.82 lakh for LXi, Rs. 5.00 lakh for VXi and Rs. 5.34 lakh for VXi+. While the ex-showroom price of its VXi AMT variant is Rs. 5.50 lakhs, along with the ex-showroom price of its top model VXi+ AMT variant is Rs. 5.84 lakhs and now the ex-showroom price of the new VXi CNG variant is Rs. 5,94,500.

Company’s 13th CNG model

Including the new Alto K10 CNG, Maruti has the maximum number of 13 S-CNG models available in the country. Earlier Ertiga, Baleno, XL6, Alto 800, Swift, Dzire, Alto K10, S-Presso, Tour S, WagonR, Eeco, Celerio, Super Carry are present.

This car will compete

Alto K10 CNG will compete with Tata Tiago CNG car in the market. This car gets a 1199 cc engine, which produces 72bhp power at 6000 rpm and 95 Nm torque at 3500 rpm. There is only one option of manual transmission in this car. The car returns a mileage of 26.49 km/kg on CNG. The ex-showroom price of this car is Rs 7.80 lakh.
