Mahindra has unveiled the name of its upcoming all-electric SUV – the XEV 9s, a bold and enigmatic seven-seater electric SUV built on the Mahindra Advanced INGLO platform. Designed to combine power, presence, and pure electric performance, the XEV 9s marks a new chapter in Mahindra’s all-electric journey.
Mahindra emphasized that, unlike re-engineered vehicles, the XEV 9s is born electric – purpose-built on Mahindra’s INGLO skateboard architecture. This design provides ample cabin space and clever flexibility, including sliding second-row seats, ensuring every passenger experiences first-class comfort.
The INGLO platform also contributes to a low center of gravity, enhancing both stability and ride comfort.
Mahindra will officially unveil the XEV 9s during the ‘Scream Electric’ event in Bengaluru on November 27, 2025. The event will also celebrate one year of Mahindra’s growing INGLO platform.
