The car has been launched in three variants the 9 KWH Nova, The 12.6 KWH Stella as well as a 18kwh Vega. The prices of the car are between Rs 3.25 lakh Rs to 6 lakh Rs. The car would have a range of 250 km per charge with the top speed of a measly 70 kmph. Vayve has launched the vehicle and is now accepting booking for the same.

The manufacturer Vayve Mobility shared key details about the vehicle and showcased how the vehicle could be the resolute solution to all the issues that consumers face with EV Vehicles. As per the start up the vehicle would provide a range of about 250km on a single full charge. The car would be able to do 3,000km on free solar annually and would further be able to support fast charging and would charge up enough in 5 minutes to provide a range of 50km.
3000 km A Year From Sunlight
Vayve has launched several new videos that have been showcasing the features of the EV car. In one such video the company alleges that the car an easily provide 3000 km mileage while charging from the Sun. Hence its important to understand that the vehicle would have a charging apparatus and the Solar feature would only complement the overall charging. so of you drive everyday the solar charging would be able to provide you 62 km of extra charging every week.
Specs As Per Manufacturer
As per the manufacturer the car would be able to sprint from o to 40 kmph in only 5 seconds and touch a top speed of 70 kmph shortly as well. The main focus of the manufacturer has been on reducing the charges that are often associated with EV’s and petrol powered cars.
The cars production would begin somewhere around 2026, and would soon be delivered to people who seek to drive a vehicle powered by solar panels. Beyond that the CEO of the company further spoke about how the synergy between their motors and solar panels is result of years worth of research and development.
After its official release the car would cost only 0.5 Rs per km compared to the 5-Rs per km that a petrol car incurs. The Reality Of Solar EV Cars
While manufacturers such as Lightyear a 250,000 euro car offers solar charge functionality Vayve seems to be planning to offer it for much lesser. The car would possible be able to charge through conventional charging which would be complemented along the way with the solar powered roof panels. While the vehicle has been showcased we think a lot more research is necessary on the subject of solar cars.
