Honda has recently launched a new version of the widely selling Shine 125. Honda has launched the new bike in two variants. The drum variant of the bike has been prices at RS 84,493 , and beyond that the Disc variant has been priced at Rs 89,245. We would recommend that since the difference it only of about 1242 Rs its would be better if you were to go for the new Disc variant of the bike.
Design of the bike
The Bike has not gone through massive changes in the deign department. It looks quite identical to the older generation model. It appears as if Honda has given the new bike a good color way. The bike would be available in six new color ways such as a pearl Igneous black, gray metallic, and Pearl Siren Blue.
Beyond that the bike now has a 90 cross section tire at the rear, this enhances the aesthetic appeal of the bike along with better road grip.
New Features
The Bike would have a slew of new features such as a fully digital instrument cluster, along with a usb c charger. so charging your phone on the go would be much easier task than before.
Engine Specs
The Bike would be powered with a 123.94 cc air cooled engine which puts out about 10.7 Ps at 7,500 rpm. The engine further produces 11 Nm @6000 Rpm. The bike would have a PGM-Fi technology, which has been adapted as per the OBD-2B compliance.
The Bike has been one of the most selling bikes in the 125cc commuter segment the bike offers a perfect blend of a simple design and better mileage. The new update would allow the bike to be ready to be much more competitive with the contemporary bikes.
