BMW has unveiled the 2025 3 Series, introducing a host of updates aimed at enhancing its appeal. The new model features minor styling tweaks, new 19-inch alloy wheels, and two new color options: Arctic Race Blue and Fire Red, the latter exclusive to the M Sport variant. Inside, updates include a revised steering wheel design, ambient lighting, and an upgraded infotainment system with the latest BMW iDrive and Quick Select running on BMW OS 8.5.
Under the hood, significant changes include the introduction of mild-hybrid technology across the petrol range. The 330i variant now features a 2.0-liter inline-four turbocharged engine paired with a 48-volt mild-hybrid system, improving efficiency and reducing emissions. The M340i variant, which boasts a 3.0-liter inline-six engine, also benefits from mild-hybrid tech, resulting in a power increase to 386 bhp and 540 Nm of torque. Additionally, the plug-in hybrid version now comes with a larger 19.5 kWh battery, offering an electric-only range of 101 km and three-phase AC charging up to 11 kW.
