BMW India has launched the 2024 M4 Competition which boasts the brand’s xDrive all-wheel drive system and the S58 six-cylinder turbo engine. The car will enter the Indian market as a Completely Built-Up (CBU) unit. Buyers can now book this high-performance coupe via BMW’s official website or through their nearest dealership. The new model comes with significant cosmetic upgrades, mechanical tweaks and top-notch interior features to enhance your driving experience. 2024 BMW M4 Competition: Exterior

The M4 Competition gets revamped bumpers, updated adaptive headlamps and taillamps inspired by the BMW M4 CSL. The BMW logo now boasts a high-gloss black finish and an M graphic is optional for customisation. The carbon fibre roof helps enhance rigidity and lower the centre of gravity.

Furthermore, the M4 Competition gets new M-forged double-spoke alloy wheels. You can swap the standard blue brake callipers for red ones, but need to pay extra for the same. Enhancements like exterior mirror caps, a carbon fibre-reinforced plastic rear spoiler, inserts for the front air intakes, and a rear diffuser are available with the optional M Carbon exterior package.

2024 BMW M4 Competition: Interior

Inside, the M4 Competition boasts features like a 12 o’clock marker, carbon fibre accents, and a fresh M leather steering wheel. An optional M Alcantara steering wheel is also available for those desiring to take the luxury to the next level. Furthermore, BMW’s Operating System 8.5 operates the car’s infotainment system. For extra convenience, it integrates a voice-controlled BMW Intelligent Personal Assistant.

The M sports seats are offered as standard and provide electric adjustment settings, illuminated model logos and built-in headrests. The driver and front passenger get the luxury of heated seats, which also have active ventilation to provide ultimate comfort. 

2024 BMW M4 Competition: Engine And Power

The BMW M4 Competition is equipped with the M TwinPower Turbo S58 six-cylinder in-line 3.0-litre petrol engine, capable of generating an impressive 530bhp of power and 650Nm of peak torque. Power is sent out to all the wheels via BMW’s xDrive system. The powerhouse is mated to an 8-speed M Steptronic transmission, offering various driving modes. The M4 Competition can perform 0 to 100 kmph sprint in just 3.5 seconds.
