New Delhi: British premium bike maker Triumph recently introduced two variants (R and RS) of its bike Triumph Street Triple globally. Now the company has listed the bike on its Indian website and has also started taking bookings from its authorized dealers and website with an amount of Rs.50,000. Triumph can launch this bike in India soon. Next, we are giving information about the features given in this bike.
Triumph Street Triple Design
Talking about the design of this latest bike (in 765 R and RS), it has a muscular 15-L fuel tank, twin-pod LED headlight with new design daytime running lights, handlebar, bar-end mirrors, an optional Split-type seats with rear seat cowl, under-belly exhaust system, sleek LED taillamps, TFT instrument cluster supporting the latest connectivity and 17-inch mixed metal alloy-wheels have been provided.

Triumph Street Triple Engine
Talking about the engine of this bike, it will get 765cc 12-valve DOHC liquid-cooled inline-triple engine which has been linked to 6-speed transmission gearbox. The engine of R (R) variant bike will be able to produce maximum power of 118.4hp and highest torque of 80Nm and its second RS (RS) variant bike engine will be able to produce maximum power of 128.2hp and highest torque of 80Nm. This bike is capable of catching a top speed of 224 km/h.
Triumph Street Triple Features
The bike gets disc brakes on both the wheels along with cornering anti-lock braking system, traction control, ride-by-wire throttle, multiple riding modes to give a better riding experience on the go. There are Showa inverted forks at the front and adjustable mono-shock unit suspension at the back.

Price
No official information has been given by the company for the price and launch of Triumph Street Triple. But it is expected that the company can keep the price of this bike around Rs 10 lakh.
Will compete with
This Triumph Street bike will compete with powerful sports bikes like Ducati Monster, Ducati Streetfighter V2 BMW F900R and Kawasaki Z900 in India.
