New Delhi: The Hyundai Creta facelift was first unveiled for the Indonesian market at the GIIAS 2021. Now, the updated SUV is all set to make its India debut in January 2023. It will be showcased at the next Delhi Auto Expo, which will be held from 13 to 18 January in Greater Noida. The model is likely to witness a launch before the end of this financial year.

Updated front, rear
Most of the cosmetic updates are visible on the front. The new Creta seems to be inspired by the next-gen Tucson with a new parametric grille running across its width. The grille blends well with the LED DRLs, which have a different design. It has more rectangular headlights located slightly lower on the bumper.
Compared to the current model, the new one appears to have sharper taillights and redesigned taillights. New features
Talking about interior upgrades, the new Hyundai Creta 2023 facelift comes with a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster as seen in the Alcazar. It gets updated Hyundai BlueLink Connected Car technology, which offers new safety features such as valet parking mode, stolen vehicle immobilization and stolen vehicle tracking.
All the above features will be available through the user’s phone. The SUV continues to feature the same dashboard along with touchscreen infotainment system, smartphone connectivity, cooled front seats, ambient lighting, panoramic sunroof, air cleaner and more.
The main highlight of the new Hyundai Creta 2023 is the ADAS (advanced driver assistance system). The kit comes with safety features such as Autonomous Emergency Braking with Forward Collision Avoidance, Rear Collision Avoidance Assist, Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keeping Assist and Blind Spot Monitoring. However, it is reserved for the top trim.
Engine-gearbox
As mentioned above, the 2023 Hyundai Creta facelift will continue to come with the same engine options of 1.5L 4-cylinder petrol (115PS/144Nm), 1.5L diesel (115PS) and 1.4L turbo petrol (140PS ). Transmission options will include the same 6-speed manual and CVT automatic transmissions.
