Three unusual signs of dehydration you should know about

Dehydration occurs when the body has insufficient water to function properly. While mild dehydration may be just irking, more severe dehydration can lead to blood clots, seizures, and other potentially fatal complications.

Thus here are three unusual signs of dehydration:

* Foul Breath: Saliva has antibacterial properties, but dehydration can prevent your body from making enough saliva.

* Dry Skin: When pinched, the skin of a dehydrated person may remain “dented” and take some time to return to its normal, flat appearance.

* Muscle Cramps: Dehydration is only one potential cause of muscle cramps, but it’s one worth considering if you get cramps while exercising, particularly in hot weather.
