Thomas Chandy quits

Thiruvananthapuram, Nov 15: Battling land grab charges, Thomas Chandy on Wednesday resigned as the Kerala Transport Minister.

Chandy submitted his resignation to Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan through NCP leader T.P. Peethamabaran.

Speaking to the media later, Peethamabaran said the resignation letter had been handed over. "All the details will be told to you at 2 p.m."
