Issuing bizarre statement to his subordinates in an official meeting, UP PWD minister Shivpal Singh Yadav landed once again in controversy over his remarks. During a meet with bureaucrats, he said that work hard and steal a little.
"I told PWD officials that if you work hard, you can steal a little but not behave like dacoits," he said with grin. The statement has offered opportunities to political parties in opposition, which strongly condemned it and asked the chief minister Akhilesh Yadav to clarify his stand on remarks passed by his cabinet colleague and uncle Shivpal Singh Yadav .
