New Delhi: China and Pakistan are nervous after Indian Navy successfully test- fired the land-attack version of Brahmos supersonic cruise missile on Friday.
The missile has a range of 400km.
It is for the first time that a land-attack variant of the missile was fired from a warship and also the first sea-to-land missile test in the country.
A top navy official said the test-firing yielded desired results.The test-firing of the missile took place in the Bay of Bengal and it was very successful, he added.

1. The ship-fired missile hit a specially created land target in one of the islands of Andaman and Nicobar.
2.The missile, according to officials, met all flight parameters during the test. The target was precisely hit and destroyed by missile's kinetic energy.
