Jio has been forcing other companies to come up with new offers or leave market share.
Jio has been ruling the telecom market single handily whereas other companies have no-choice to come up together to beat telecom giant Jio.
Airtel, Idea and Vodafone have also introduced several value for money tariff plans to attract more consumers. In a latest, Reliance Communication has introduced a plan starting at Rs 299 offering unlimited voice calls, text messages, and data. RCom dubs this offer as lowest rate plan ever which is even cheaper than a pair of shoes. RCom took it to twitter to introduce this offer, saying, "Reliance Mobile introduces the lowest rates ever! Earlier RCom also unveiled a ‘Rozana’ offer offering users 1GB data per day and 30 minutes of voice calling per day at a recharge of just Rs 193 which will have a validity of 28 days.
