The Amazon sale will begin on July 16 which will be exclusive for Prime members. As per the official landing page, the Prime Day 2018 sale begins from 12pm on July 16 and will continue till 12am on July 18. The sale will have exclusive product deals, exclusive launches, and video releases during the 36-hour period of sale. Apart from this, six different flash sales are scheduled starting 1pm on July 16 offering up to 10 percent cashback or discount exclusive for HDFC Bank card/ EMI and Amazon Pay transactions.

Indian VVIP's iPhones in danger, 13 hacked..Who did still unknownn

Cisco Talos- a commercial threat intelligence group has revealed a malware that was used malicious application for 'highly targeted campaign,' to steal private data from 13 iPhones in India. The report also claims that these 13 devices could be of VVIPs, who still to be identified. The report further claimed attackers location in India but they tried to be Russian and used Russian names and Russian email domains. The two device used by the attacker share the same phone number registered to Vodafone India network. The attacker deployed an open source mobile device management system (MDM) to get access to the 13 iPhones that were enrolled, revealed by experts on the Talos intelligence blog.

Micro-blogging site Twitter is changing the location of its navigation bar and bringing it at the bottom of the app interface in the new update for Android devices. "We're launching a new bottom navigation bar on Twitter for Android. With this update, you'll be able to quickly navigate between all of your tabs with ease!" Twitter Support tweeted on Saturday. Twitter may be bringing in this change to make the app more accessible and to enable quicker navigation between other tabs, Android Headline reported.

Nokia X6 spotted ahead of global launch, know specifications, price and more

HMD Global backed Nokia will launch its first notched smartphone the Nokia X6 global variant at an event on the 19th of this month. Ahead of the event, the smartphone has been spotted on the Geekbench benchmark database carrying the Nokia 6.1 Plus moniker. The listing highlights the key specifications of the device like octa-core Snapdragon 636 SoC clocked at 1.8GHz paired with 4GB RAM and will run on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box. Most of these specifications are similar to those of the Nokia X6 launched in China but this time we can also expect a 6GB RAM variant of the device at the launch. The Nokia X6 launched in China features a notched 5.8-inch FHD+ display with a 19:9 aspect ratio, thin bezels beside the screen and a chin at the bottom that features Nokia branding. The Nokia X6 features a glass back with 2.5D Corning gorilla protection and aluminium alloy metal frame on the sides.

WABetaInfo - a WhatsApp update tracking website has reported that the messaging company a new 'Mark as Read' feature for the notification centre. WABetaInfo has also shared a screenshot of how the 'Mark as Read' option will look. This feature will allow users to mark a message as read from notification and without opening the app or the chat. At present, the notification panel has only 'Reply' option shortcut below the message, but after this feature 'Mark as Read' option will also be given to users. This feature was spotted in Android beta version 2.18.214. Apart from the 'Mark as Read' button, the messaging app is also reported to be working on a "Mute" button for the notification centre. This option will allow users to mute a chat easily without opening the app.

70 killed in Pakistan blast, targeted at political rally

At least 70 people, including a political leader, were killed in a horrific suicide bombing targeted at a rally in Pakistan's Balochistan province on Friday. It was the third such attack on election candidates in the run up to the July 25 general elections. Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) candidate Siraj Raisani was killed along with 70 people, while 120 were injured in the blast in Mastung district. Raisani, a candidate of the recently-formed BAP, is the younger brother of former Balochistan Chief Minister Aslam Raisani.

Google-owned YouTube is introducing a feature called "Copyright Match Tool" designed for YouTube creators who have problems with unauthorised re-uploads of their content. With the new feature, after a new video is uploaded, YouTube would run a scan to see if there is any other video that resembles the uploaded video very much or is the same and if there is a "match", it would appear on the "matches" tab, YouTube wrote in a blog post on Thursday. "We've been testing this tool with creators for nearly a year to make it safe and effective for the whole community," the company said.
