Centre gives nod to ordinance on Jallikattu

New Delhi: The central government on Friday gave its nod to an ordinance enabling the holding of Jallikattu as proposed by the Tamil Nadu government, officials said.They said the Home Ministry cleared the ordinance after the Law Ministry approved the draft ordinance proposed by the Tamil Nadu government to enable resumption of the ancient bull taming sport of Jallikattu.IANS

Air India removes 57 over-weight crew members from flying duty
