London, June 9: Dutch model Lara Stone, who married British comedian David Walliams recently, has been confirmed as the new face of Calvin Klein.
The 26-year-old has signed an exclusive deal with the fashion house and will be featured exclusively in the forthcoming global autumn advertising campaigns for the Calvin Klein main collection, ck Calvin Klein and Calvin Klein Jeans, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
"I have a long history with the Calvin Klein brand, and so it was wonderful to work with the house again this year. It's like being part of a family," said Stone who was voted the No1 female model in the world by models.com.
This has been first time in years that Calvin Klein has used one model to front all three of its brands.
"I conceived my autumn 2010 collection with a self-aware and assured woman in mind. For me, Lara was the perfect choice for the new campaign because she is a woman who epitomises confidence and sensuality," said Francisco Costa, creative director of Calvin Klein.
Stone is currently endorsing some of the leading brands including Prada's Infusion d'Iris scent, Louis Vuitton, Jaeger and Eres.
