National Crime committed by Jain Sadhu Acharya kirtiyashsuri on the name of Govt. of India by way of a forged gazette Notification.

We have information that persons associated with ‘SANMARG’ magazine had publicly collected to the tune of Rs. 7crores to Rs. 8crores from Jain Community to organise and obtain said Gazette notification no. DL/33004/99 dtd. 13/07/2009.

However no accounts of expenses have been given till date. In Jain religion, generally funds are raised in public for any matter related to Jain religion and expense accounts are also published publicly. We checked the internet web site of the The Ministry of Women And Child Development".

The Gazette notification in question does not appear on the web site.

Therefore our doubt fortifies. We referred the matter to top class legal sources. We have been told that if this Gazette notification is not genuine, then the person or a group of persons who did the forgery have committed a national crime punishable under IPC section 295A, 463,464 and 465.
