Form Detail: Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have completed Bachelor Degree in Law discipline.
Age Limit: Applicants age should be between 35-45 years. Backward candidates of Maharashtra state are liable to get 03 years extension in upper age.
Selection Process: The selection process will be based on written test and viva voce.
Required Experience: 07 years of post qualification respective working experience as practicing in High Court or Subordinate Court
Or
Worked as PP or Government Advocate for not less than 07 years.
Scale of Pay: Rs. 51550-1230-58930-1380-63070 with other admissible allowances.
Note: Sound Knowledge as speak, read and write in Marathi is essential.
Application Fee: Demand Draft of Rs. 1000 (Rs. 500 for Backward classes), which should be drawn in favor of ‘Registrar, High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay’, to be deposited as application fee.
